Terms of Use — Replyvo

These terms apply to the Replyvo Android app and the service behind it. By using Replyvo you agree to them. How we handle your data is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

1. What Replyvo is

Replyvo helps you write replies to messages in a language you don't speak natively. When you tap the Replyvo button inside another app, Replyvo takes a screenshot of the open chat and, if you allow it, records a short voice note of what you want to say. Both are sent to our server and to our AI provider, which drafts reply options and a translation. You choose a reply, edit it if you like, and send it yourself — Replyvo never sends a message for you. Replyvo is operated by Mykhailo Arpentii, an individual developer — not a company.

2. Registration

Registration is open: the app registers your phone on first launch, and no invite code is needed. We may limit the number of new registrations per day and per network. Replyvo is a young service: we may change or remove features, and things may break — if something goes wrong, please send a report from the app (Settings → Send a report).

3. Your access

You must be at least 18 years old to use Replyvo. Keep your phone to yourself: your access is tied to your device, and you are responsible for everything sent from it. Your user ID (shown in the app under Menu → Account → “Your ID” from version 0.9.5) is not a secret, but note it down — you will need it if you ever ask us by email to delete your data. We may suspend or revoke your access at any time — for example if these terms are broken. If your access is revoked, you can still delete your data from the app.

4. Limits

Usage limits apply — for example a number of replies per day and per minute. The app shows you when a limit is reached and when it resets. We may change the limits at any time.

5. Replies are written by an AI — check them

Suggested replies are drafted by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate: the model may misread the chat, mistranslate, or invent a detail. Always read a reply before you send it. You are responsible for every message you send, including any price, date, promise or commitment in it. Replyvo is a writing aid, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Screenshots, voice notes, profile facts and the messages you send stay yours. You allow us to process them to provide the service — and, if you take part in the Improvement programme, to improve it — as described in the Privacy Policy. The suggested replies are yours to use as you like.

8. Price and subscription

Replyvo has a free plan (Free) and a paid plan (Pro). Free includes a limited number of replies per day; the current limit is shown in the app. Pro replaces the daily limit with a larger allowance for a 30-day period (the current allowance is shown in the app and in Google Play) and unlocks the features marked as Pro in the app. Pro may include a free trial period through Google Play; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and Google Play charges you.

Buying Pro. Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through Google Play. The price, currency and renewal period are shown in Google Play before you confirm the purchase and may differ by country. Google Play charges your Google account — we never see or store your card details. Nothing is charged until you confirm the purchase in Google Play.

Renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it before the period ends; the exact cut-off is set by Google Play. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions (the app’s settings open that page). After cancellation you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund the remaining part of the period.

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Google, and refunds follow the Google Play refund policy: within 48 hours of a purchase you can request a refund directly from Google Play. After that, write to us using the contact details at the end of these terms — we review such requests case by case, and any refund is issued through Google Play. If Google refunds or reverses a purchase, Pro ends at that moment.

Your account. You can use Replyvo without an account: the free plan works on the phone itself. An account — your email address and a one-time code, there is no password — ties your plan and your settings to you rather than to one phone, so Pro and your profile follow you to a new phone. One account can be used on up to 5 devices at a time. You can sign out on any device and delete the account in the app. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought in a store: cancel it there.

Complimentary access. We may grant Pro free of charge to selected people, either for a fixed period or with no end date. Free Pro with no end date is granted to one account and lasts as long as the Replyvo service and its Pro plan exist; it is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money; the same allowance as paid Pro applies (currently shown in the app); nothing renews and nothing is ever charged. If the service passes to a new owner, we will pass this commitment on with it or give you 30 days' notice.

Changes. We may change plans, limits and prices. A price change for an existing subscription applies only from the next renewal and only after Google Play has notified you and, where required, asked for your consent.

9. No warranty; limitation of liability

Replyvo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — we do not guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or that its suggestions are accurate or suitable for your situation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the consequences of any message you send. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for the free plan that amount is zero).

10. Ending the service

You can stop using Replyvo at any time and delete your data in the app (Settings → Delete my data). We may end the service or your access; where reasonably possible, we will give notice in the app or by email.

11. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date below. If a change is material, we also show it inside the app; continuing to use Replyvo after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes are resolved in the courts of New York, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived. Questions: support@replyvo.app.
