What Replyvo sees and what it doesn't
What we capture
When you tap the Replyvo button in an app, Replyvo takes a screenshot of the open chat and records your voice note (if you allow the microphone). Both are sent to our server and to our AI provider, which drafts two replies and a translation.
What we keep and when we delete it
We keep a short summary of the chat, the transcript of your voice note and the suggested replies for 30 days to improve the service, then delete them. If you take part in the Improvement program (on by default outside the EU and the UK), chat summaries, key facts, transcripts, suggested replies and your edits are kept for 90 days instead. Screenshots and audio are not stored. Our AI provider does not use this data to improve its own products.
What you control
You choose the reply and send it yourself. Replyvo never reads the screen on its own, never taps Send, and works only inside the apps you turn on in Settings. You can delete everything at any time: Settings → Delete my data.
Questions
Which apps does it work in?
Works: Messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Slack, LinkedIn and Discord.
With a tap first: in Thumbtack and Signal, tap the reply field, then pick a reply. In Gmail, open the reply first. In Yelp for Business, Replyvo copies the reply and you paste it.
Doesn't work: WeChat, apps without a text field, and Instagram on phones where it blocks screenshots.
Any other app with a text field: turn it on in the Apps tab and try it.
What languages does it support?
The app is in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean. You speak in your own language; the reply is written in the language the other person writes in, with a translation for you.
Why does Replyvo ask for Accessibility?
The Replyvo button appears only in apps you turn on — to do this, it checks which app is open. When you tap it, it takes a screenshot of the chat and reads any text you have typed — both go to our server and AI to write a reply. It inserts the reply you pick but never taps Send. It also reads the chat name to tell chats apart (only a code of it is sent separately) and, after inserting, checks whether the field emptied, so we know the reply was sent.
Is it free?
Replyvo has a free plan with a daily limit of replies, and a Pro subscription that replaces it with a larger allowance for 30 days. The current limits, the price and the trial terms are shown in the app and in Google Play before you confirm anything — Google Play handles the payment, we never see your card.
What do I need?
A phone with Android 11 or newer. Install Replyvo from Google Play: it sets everything up on first launch. If something does not work, write to support@replyvo.app.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Menu → Settings → Delete my data. Everything is erased immediately. If you already deleted the app, email support@replyvo.app: tell us your ID (Menu → Account → Your ID) or write from your account's email address, and we will delete everything within 7 days. More about deletion.
