Delete your Replyvo account and data

You can delete your Replyvo account or your data at any time — in the app, or by email if the app is already gone.

In the app

Open Replyvo and go to Menu → Settings → Delete my data.

• If you never signed in with email, tap Delete. Everything listed below is erased immediately — there is no waiting period.
• If you signed in with email, the item is called “Delete account or data”. Choose Entire account to delete your account, its email address and the data of every phone signed in to it — immediately. Choose This phone only to erase this phone's data and keep your account.

If you already deleted the app

Email support@replyvo.app from your account's email address to delete the account and everything in it, or tell us your user ID (the number shown in the app under Menu → Account → “Your ID” — note it down before you delete the app). If you have neither a user ID nor a signed-in account, we can only delete your data from within the app itself, before you uninstall it. To protect you from someone else deleting your data, we may ask a question to confirm the data is yours. We delete everything within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and its email address, and the list of phones signed in to it (when you delete the entire account)
• Your profile: languages, tone, business facts, rules and signature
• Request texts: chat summaries, voice transcripts and suggested replies
• Usage events, including your ratings of replies
• Style examples, if you turned that feature on (if your account is signed in on another phone, they move to that phone instead; deleting the account erases them)
• Pro subscription records on our server: the Google Play purchase token and subscription state
• Bug and error reports stored on our server

What is kept, and for how long

• Technical server logs — IP address, time of each request and your user ID, never message text: up to 31 days
• The anonymous registration counter per network address, and a one-way hash of your email address in the sign-in code log: up to 2 days
• A coded record that a deletion took place, with no personal data, so that restoring a backup never brings your data back: 90 days
• Database backups: until the backup is deleted — at most 14 days

Deleting your account or data does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it separately in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Google Play keeps its own record of your purchase under Google's privacy policy.
